This masterclass is for Property Managers looking to join discussions on the future of residential tenancies in the ACT, and gather ideas on how they can best support their agency.

About your trainer
Drawing on over 20 years of experience in leading and managing property management teams and her own RTO, Nicole appreciates the importance of maintaining compliance relating to trust accounts. After becoming a licensed agent, Nicole went on to set up a real estate agency which she successfully managed for 5 years. During this time Nicole was responsible for trust accounting and ensuring that the agency was fully compliant in the administration and management of trust accounts. She uses this understanding and experience to deliver this comprehensive trust account workshop.

By completing this module, participants will achieve 8 of the required 12 points of professional development to meet the conditions for the renewal of a licence or certificate of registration.
