The modern world of real estate is constantly changing. It is critical that licensed agents and registered salespersons stay on track and up-to-date with the relevant legislation and regulations in the NSW.
 

Introduction

This workshop will use real estate case studies to highlight important legislation and regulations in the NSW real estate industry. The workshop will also provide a refresh on the key legislative provisions for real estate professionals. The workshop is designed for property managers, sales persons and licensees to keep abreast of changes in NSW legislation and how they impact on their role.

Piers is a dynamic and professional individual who consistently receives excellent feedback from participants. He draws on over three decades of business and real estate experience to develop and present a wide range of engaging and interactive workshops.
Piers has won multiple industry awards throughout the years, including: franchise auctioneer of the year, highest rural sales (multiple), and highest gross office commission.
In addition to Piers’ wealth of knowledge within the real estate sector he is also trained in the use of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) for both training and coaching, as well as strong advocate of mindfulness within the workplace.

CPD points
By completing this module, participants will achieve 12 of the required 12 points of professional development to meet the NSW Office of Fair Trading conditions for the renewal of a licence or certificate of registration. This module will address the CPD Learning ‘Business Practices’ as set out in the Director General’s Guidelines for Continuing Professional Development. The module will consist of learning category three and will include assessment.
