Building a resilient work team is an important part of creating a healthy and productive work environment. As individuals, we live in turbulent times and as a result we need to have inner strength and resourcefulness to cope with large scale organisational change, such as new priorities, major change initiatives and new technologies. 
By attending this interactive and highly informative one day workshop you will learn all about how to become resilient and effectively deal with adversity to help you through times of change, high pressure and stress.


About your trainer
Helena is the consummate learning and development specialist combining skill, experience, intelligence and personality to provide high quality learning and development services. Helena’s public sector experience spans over thirteen years in law enforcement, crime operations, specialist training, program design, project management, strategy and learning and development.
Helena has strong capability in resilience through her operational law enforcement experience, she has demonstrated personal resilience in various environments, including mentoring and coaching others to cope with volatile situations. She now uses her experience to help others learn about the practice of self-compassion, embedding healthy habits and building resilience using a growth mindset. She has a passion for helping staff to manage change and adapt their mindset to deal with the fast-paced environment we work in today.

By completing this module, real estate participants will achieve 8 of the required 12 points of professional development to meet the conditions for the renewal of a licence or certificate of registration. This workshop fulfills the learning requirements under the Commissioner of Fair Trading’s – Agents (Continuing Professional Development) Guideline 2008 (category 3).
