Phillip has a unique blend of public and private sector management, leadership, customer service and business management experience. He is a member of the Customer Service Institute of Australia, and a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Managers and Leaders.
Phillip is an engaging facilitator and consultant who draws on his extensive and diverse background to lead quality learning programs and consulting projects.
His past clients have included the Department of Social Services, the Australian National Botanic Gardens, McClelland Sculpture Park + Gallery, ANZSOG Institute of Governance, Australian Computer Society, Creative Partnerships Australia, the Department of Finance, Canberra Institute of Technology, Pharmacy Guild of Australia and the University of Canberra.
Phillip also owned one of Australia’s innovative and influential professional communities, Schmooze, which created a myriad range commercial, professional and mentoring opportunities in great style for thousands of business owners, young professionals and students for over a decade.
Phillip has served as a committee member for a range of organisations including the Australian Institute of Management ACT Region Advisory Committee, Canberra Business Point Executive, Capital Arts Patron Organisation, Canberra Arts Marketing and Musica Viva Canberra.
Phillip’s speaking career has also included the highlight of being the first person to speak at TEDx on the Cultural History of the Martini and is an associate member of the Australian Craft Distillers Association and a recognised expert on Australian craft spirits.
He is also a national judge for the Australian Tourism Awards, and the Canberra Region Tourism Awards.
