Maddy has extensive experience in business administration, leadership and management roles.

Maddy leads Wisdom’s Business Enabling Support Team (BEST). The BEST team includes three additional support staff that provide quality co-ordination and administrative support for all Wisdom programs and projects. The BEST team are highly trained and supported by Maddy to ensure smooth and efficient support services and administration of Wisdom programs and projects.

Maddy has an exemplary record of performance, leading the coordination and administration of all Wisdom programs and projects including preparation of resources, liaison with clients, catering, identification and supporting special needs, collation of materials and preparation and distribution of workshop outputs and evaluation reports. Having previously worked at Aspen Medical in a diverse range of roles, Maddy brings a wealth of knowledge which enables her to support Wisdom’s growth and development.
