ACT Licensing - Real Estate

The required qualification to apply for a Real Estate License in the ACT

This course provides participants with the skills, knowledge and qualification to meet the requirements for licensing in the ACT as detailed in the Agents Regulations Act 2003. It is designed specifically for those participants who have significant industry experience and/or a CPP40307 Certificate IV in Property Services (Real Estate). This enables participants to achieve recognition for 14 units and attend training for the remaining 4 units required for licensing in the ACT.

This course provides participants with an introduction to the real estate industry and the roles of sales persons and property managers. The Agents Act 2003 identifies the education an individual requires when applying to become a Registered Salespersons (Property Manager) in the ACT. This course meets those requirements.

Certificate IV in Property Services (Real Estate) Property Management Specialisation

Qualify to meet the registration requirements in the ACT to work as a real estate property manager

This provides participants who are new to the real estate industry with the skills and underpinning knowledge to perform the multifaceted role of a property manager. It is tailored to property services and industry requirements and the skills and knowledge needed to facilitate a direct workplace outcome in the ACT.

Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice - NSW RPL License Program

Gain your NSW Real Estate License through RPL 

Due to the NSW Industry Reforms which are in effect as of Monday, 23 March 2020, NSW Property Managers and Salespersons will have to achieve a CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice (within four years) or leave the industry for twelve months.  Wisdom has designed a streamlined, flexible and supportive process to enable NSW registered persons to progress from an assistant agent to a Class two (2) license by achieving their CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice qualification through Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL).
