Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice

Gain your NSW Real Estate License through RPL

Due to the NSW Industry Reforms which are in effect as of Monday, 23 March 2020, NSW Property Managers and Salespersons will have to achieve a CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice (within four years) or leave the industry for twelve months.  Wisdom has designed a streamlined, flexible and supportive process to enable NSW registered persons to progress from an assistant agent to a Class two (2) license by achieving their CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice qualification through Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL). This is a special limited offer only available to staff working in the ACT, Queanbeyan or surrounding region!

Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)
RPL is sometimes a misunderstood process. Basically, RPL is a different type of assessment process to enable you to achieve a full or partial qualification.
Instead of attending training and completing assessment tasks, RPL enables you to provide examples of your actual work instead of completing an assessment task or activity. This can save time and money.
Wisdom’s RPL process is streamlined and specifically designed for experienced real estate professionals. We know real estate and we know training and assessment. This means we can make the RPL assessment process really straight forward and simple for you. RPL is still an assessment process but we guide you to provide your workplace evidence and experience in an efficient and supportive way.
You will be given access to an online portal to submit your RPL evidence. Details about how to access the online portal will be provided to you upon registration and payment. You will be required to attend face-to-face (or digitally delivered) training to complete your remaining units. These units will differ based on your current role (Sales or Property Management) in industry. Likewise, the date you are required to attend training will also vary.

The cost of this special limited offer is valued at $990 per person (standard cost is normally $1,800 per person). Upon successful completion of the face-to-face training and submission of your RPL evidence you will be issued with the CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice.
