Units of competency
Participants are required to achieve 18 units of competency to be eligible to apply for a licence in the ACT. Participants can achieve 14 of the required 18 units of competency through their existing qualification in Certificate IV in Property (Real Estate) (CPP40307). The remaining 4 units of competency will be achieved through the licensing course. The units included in the licensing course are:
- BSBFIM501 Manage budgets and financial plans
- BSBHRM405 Support the recruitment, selection and induction of staff
- BSBMGT502 Manage people performance
- CPPDSM4006A Establish and manage agency trust accounts
Credit will be granted for the remaining fourteen units required for those participants who hold the Certificate IV in Property Services (Real Estate) (CPP40307). Recognition of prior learning can be applied for those participants who have significant industry experience but do not hold the Certificate IV in Property Services (Real Estate) (CPP40307). Fees paid in advance
If you are an individual enrolling in this training program please ensure you select the ‘Tentative Enrolment’ option. As an individual fee paying participant Wisdom requires an initial payment of $1500 to be paid in advance of your training program. Please proceed to complete the enrolment process and a Wisdom team member will contact you to arrange payment of the $1,500 deposit and confirm your enrolment.
