Giving and Receiving Feedback Workshop

Giving and receiving feedback are critical skills in today's workplace. When a positive feedback culture exists individual and organisational performance is enhanced as managers and employees have more positive and functional relationships and day to day situations are constructively used to learn and grow from. By attending this half-day workshop you will gain an insight into giving and receiving feedback to:
- enhance workplace relationships
- improve the effectiveness of formal and informal performance conversations

Duration: This workshop can be delivered as a half or full day option in-house or at the WISDOM Learning Centre
