Communicating Skills
Effective workplace relationships depend upon clear and open communication. In many instances such communication is not achieved due to communication misunderstandings arising from the different socialised communication patterns of male and female workers.
By attending this half day workshop you will gain an insight into factors contributing to inter-gender communication breakdowns to:
- explode the myths of male/female mis/communication
- align your communication style to "speak the same language"
- capitalise on gender diversity to achieve results
