Learn from a former Tribunal member the Why, What and How to effectively apply and present at Tribunals

This program is designed for property managers to gain a greater understanding of Tribunals and to develop skills and knowledge to prepare quality applications and present effectively at Tribunals to achieve better results. Participants will also achieve the Unit of Competency Present at Tribunals from the Certificate IV in Property Services (Real Estate).

-Achieve 12 CPD points for both ACT and NSW in one two-day workshop

-Develop confidence around Tribunals and what to do if you need to attend a Tribunal.

The program will be run over two consecutive days and will be presented by leading real estate trainers who have real world Tribunal experience including Kathy Thane who has over 15 years experience as a Tribunal Member, most recently with the NSW Consumer Trader and Tenancy Tribunal.
